Default 2007 ford e350 abs module

I have a Ford E350 here that needed a new ABS module. The old module would not recognize the Stability Control Module. That problem is now solved but I now have a B2900 code, mismatch VIN. This is as near as i can figure a plug and play module just IVD relearn is neccessary. There is no as built data or flash files available. The module I installed was new from FORD, still sealed in the anti static package. Is the VIN write option a scanner function? None of my scanners support this. VIN is 1FBNE31L77DA85041.
