Tips, tricks, questions and suggestions... Discuss Instrumentation and information for testing vehicles at the component level.

The first post in that thread has the link to the free download. It will only work on Windows 10 machines so you will have to copy the file over to a Windows 10 PC. If you don't have it already download ShopStream Connect, it will make it much easier.

Why can't Shop Stream Connect have horizontal rulers as well as vertical rulers, followed by a legend!

Pressure vacuum transducer off PC based program

Waekon Industries 48265 Pressure Pro PC, Automotive Scanner looks pretty multi faceted for a very reasonable price. I'm not sure how well the pressure transducer holds up, whether a sample rate of 1000 samples per second give enough detail a scope can, or any trigger can be set , but it sure looks like a pretty versatile PC program. Software might not support Windows 10 ,so may need to run it off an older Windows 7 or 8 PC.
You can search it on you tube and watch a company demonstration video , but didn't see any techs videos using and reviewing the tool and saying whether it works well or not

Here is a fairly new Video that goes into dept on the topic of this thread. It is not on a Snap-on Scope, but it all can be done on one. The Video is almost 3 1/2 hours but well worth watching.
